Purtle Electrical was established in 1970 by Robert “Possum” Purtle and his wife Helen, Purtle Electrical has been a cornerstone of the Mulwala community for over five decades. What began as a small, family-run operation has grown into a trusted electrical and solar contracting business, now proudly owned and operated by Possum and Helen’s sons, Tom and Luke Purtle

Today, our team includes a mix of experienced tradespeople, apprentices, and dedicated office staff, totalling 20 employees. With long-standing team members — including one who has been with us for over 21 years — we take pride in fostering a supportive and professional workplace that values loyalty and growth. It’s a testament to our strong team culture and commitment to quality.
